This Follow-Up conversation builds on the initial consultation to truly support your journey. We work with you to set realistic goals, review your progress, and make any necessary adjustments along the way to ensure your success. Our personalized approach uses nutritional expertise and focuses on nutritional motivation and digital solutions to empower you to thrive. If you would prefer a face-to-face appointment, these are available on Tuesdays between 5pm and 8pm only and based at All About Health, Richmond Hill, ON. Cancellation Policy
Payment & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: 01/01/2024 Thank you for choosing The NutriCoach! We strive to provide you with the best booking experience possible. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. Payments: All payments must be received at least 24hrs prior to the appointment. Failure to complete payment within this time-frame will result in the termination of the booking. 1. Cancellation Process: - Cancellations can be made through our website or by contacting us at the_nutri_coach@outlook.com. - All cancellation requests must be submitted before the deadline specified for each booking (see section 2 below). 2. Cancellation Deadlines: - Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made between 24 hours and 12 hours before a session will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a session will receive no refund. 3. Special Circumstances: - In cases of unforeseen emergencies (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required. Please contact us at the_nutri_coach@outlook.com to discuss. 4. No-Show Policy: - If you fail to cancel your booking and/or do not show up, you will forfeit the entire booking amount. You will not receive a refund. 5. Modifications: - Modifications to bookings can be made subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please contact our support team for assistance at the_nutri_coach@outlook.com. 6. Refund Processing: - Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days back to the original payment method. 7. Changes to the Cancellation Policy: - We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and customers are encouraged to review this policy regularly. 8.
